7:24 a.m. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of someone trespassing at the Comfort Inn & Suites, Hermiston.

10:01 a.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report that someone hit a resident’s mailbox on Hendergart Lane, Boardman.

12:34 p.m. A caller at the Dollar General store, Heppner, requested Morrow County sheriff’s deputies assistance in retrieving store keys from an employee who had quit. Deputies retrieved the keys.

12:35 p.m. A caller reported a burglary on the 300 block of Catherine Avenue, Milton-Freewater, and the theft of golf club sets and other items from a golf cart shed.

1:41 p.m. A caller reported a violation of a restraining order on East Harding Avenue, Stanfield.

2:01 p.m. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 report of a domestic disturbance at the Space Age Fuel Travel Center on Highway 207, Hermiston.

2:19 p.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report of the theft of pivot wire on Highway 730 and West Eighth Road, Irrigon. Sheriff’s deputies took a report.

3:28 p.m. A caller at the Umatilla city shops reported the person he returned a stray dog to harassed him, thinking he still had the stray.

6:13 p.m. Stanfield police received a report of a disturbance at the Main Street Market.

7:17 p.m. A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance at the Stanfield RV Park, Stanfield.

7:29 p.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report that a female on Wilson Lane, Boardman, was threatening physical violence to someone’s daughter.

8:03 p.m. A resident on Shoemake Road, Boardman, reported a break-in at his home and damage to a motor home.

8:05 p.m. Stanfield police received a report of a domestic disturbance on Willow Drive.

10:19 p.m. A 911 caller reported a disturbance at the Space Age Fuel Travel Center on Highway 207, Hermiston.

10:30 p.m. Umatilla police received a 911 report of a domestic disturbance on High Desert Loop.

3:45 a.m. A 911 caller reported suspicious activity on East Wheeler Avenue, Stanfield.

6:07 a.m. A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance on Orchard Street, Umatilla.

7:15 a.m. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 report of the theft of a vehicle on Tum A Lum Road, Milton-Freewater. Sheriff’s deputies took a report.

9:57 a.m. Juvenile authorities advised the Morrow County Sherrif’s Office about taking a juvenile into custody in Heppner for the violation of a conditional release agreement. Sheriff’s deputies took a report.

11:14 a.m. A 911 caller reported drug activity on Sagebrush Road and Follett Lane, Hermiston.

1:59 p.m. A resident on Northeast Oregon Avenue, Irrigon, reported a possible scam phone call regarding their Dish Network account.

2:17 p.m. A resident at the Villadom Mobile Home Park, Milton-Freewater, reported a violation of a restraining order.

3:05 p.m. The Morrow County Sherrif’s Office received a report that someone dumped dead animals on the property of Frederick Farms on Paterson Ferry Road and Highway 730, Irrigon. Sheriff’s deputies took a report.

3:07 p.m. Umatilla police received a 911 report of a vehicle roll-over on Radar Road.

3:40 p.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report that a male student grabbed another male inappropriately at the Ione school. Sheriff’s deputies opened an investigation.

7:25 p.m. A caller reported a domestic disturbance on West Baggett Lane, Hermiston.

12:19 a.m. A 911 caller reported someone face down on the sidewalk on Southeast Byers Avenue and Southeast Ninth Street, Pendleton.

12:37 a.m. Pendleton police received a report of someone trespassing at the Bi-Mart store. Police issued a warning.

7:10 a.m. A caller report the theft of a vehicle at Baker Boyer Bank, Weston.

8:01 a.m. A caller reported a restraining order violation at Blue Mountain Village Apartments, Pendleton. Police took a report.

11:29 a.m. A resident on West Willow Drive, Heppner, arrived at the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office to report they found stolen items.

1:05 p.m. Umatilla police received a report of drug activity at the McNary Market and Deli. Police took a report.

2:22 p.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report about someone harassing a student at Irrigon High School. Sheriff’s deputies opened an investigation.

3:12 p.m. A resident on Villegas Lane, Boardman, asked to speak to a Morrow County sheriff’s deputy about a neighbor’s dog that keeps straying onto their property.

5:00 p.m. Pilot Rock police received a report of someone stealing beer at J&D’s Mini Mart. Police issued a citation.

5:58 p.m. A resident on McGraw Lane, Boardman, reported a neighbor yelling and screaming at him.

5:26 p.m. A caller reported a domestic disturbance on Pheasant Ridge Street, Umatilla.

7:19 p.m. Local police agencies received a report of a bomb threat at Walmart in Pendleton.

10:16 p.m. Local law enforcement responded to a 911 report of a fight on Malheur Street, Boardman.

10:20 p.m. A resident on East Main Street, Ione, reported her ex-partner was calling her and threatened to come to her house with a gun.

Thursday, Feb. 29

12:00 a.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report from the manager of the Dollar General store, Irrigon, about someone camping in the doorway and the store manager requested extra patrols.

3:51 a.m. Local emergency services responded to a semi rollover on eastbound Interstate 84 near Boardman.

5:32 a.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report of someone trespassing at the Crossroads Truck Stop, Umatilla, who indicated they would fight with authorities if arrested.

9:18 a.m. Umatilla police received a report of drug activity at the Umatilla High School. Police took a report.

10:11 a.m. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 report of a vehicle rollover on eastbound Interstate 84 near Echo.

10:34 a.m. Stanfield police received a report of fraud at Stanfield City Hall.

10:40 a.m. A 911 caller requested the Umatilla police make a welfare check on an older female who had fallen near the railroad tracks on Seventh Street.

10:42 a.m. A resident on North Elizabeth Street, Milton-Freewater, reported transient persons living in their camper on her property without permission.

11:07 a.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report from a caller on Summit Lane, Boardman, concerned about her sister taking their minor niece to meet up with an older man.

11:11 a.m. A 911 caller reported someone trespassing at the Villadom Mobile Home Park, Milton-Freewater.

1:15 p.m. A resident on Washington Street, Umatilla, asked to speak to a police officer about a scam. Police took a report.

3:48 p.m. The Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton, reported a drug overdose at the jail. Pendleton Fire and Ambulance responded.

4:51 p.m. A caller reported some cows on the loose at Kik’s Golf Center, Umatilla.

5:07 p.m. Pilot Rock police received a report of a vehicle accident at the Family Dollar store.

8:37 p.m. A 911 caller reported an assault on Chukar Lane, Umatilla.

10 p.m. A 911 caller reported a dispute on North High Street, Adams.

10:49 p.m. Umatilla police received a report of an intoxicated person at the Quality Inn on Willamette Avenue.

2:06 a.m. A 911 caller reported a disturbance at the Quality Inn on Willamette Avenue, Umatilla.

6:08 a.m. A 911 caller reported the theft of a vehicle on North Sherman Street, Stanfield.

8:16 a.m. A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance at the Edgewater Condominiums on Northwest 12th Street, Pendleton.

9:01 a.m. A resident on South Third Street, Athena, reported a scam.

9:27 a.m. A resident on Estate Loop and Country Garden Road, Irrigon, reported a neighbor’s dog was straying on their property during the night.

12:39 p.m. A resident on South Main Street, Heppner requested assistance from Morrow County Sheriff’s deputies to remove a large stray dog from their dog pens.

12:50 p.m. Pendleton police received a report of a burglary on the 200 block of Southwest Quinney Drive.

1 p.m. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a fight at the Sinclair convenience store, Milton-Freewater. Sheriff’s deputies gave citations.

1:21 p.m. A caller at the Glen Haven Apartments, Heppner, called law enforcement for assistance with a 14-year-old girl who was yelling, screaming and trying to leave.

6:52 p.m. The Morrow County County Sheriff’s Office received a request for a welfare check on someone sleeping in their car in the middle of the road on Blalock Street, Boardman.

6:59 p.m. Pilot Rock police received a report of a restraining order violation on Southwest Birch Place.

11:15 p.m. A caller reported seeing someone climbing on the roof of Murray Drugstore, Heppner.

2:39 a.m. A 911 caller reported a disturbance at the Premiere Apartments, Stanfield.

3:46 a.m. A caller reported a burglary on the 400 block of West Madrona Avenue, Hermiston.

7:27 a.m. A 911 caller reported a domestic disturbance on North High Street, Adams.

8:23 a.m. A resident on Southeast Cannon Street, Heppner, requested assistance from Morrow County Sheriff’s deputies with a deer that was inside their dog house.

5:04 p.m. A caller reported an assault on the 700 block of Southeast 19th Street, Pendleton. Police took a report.

7:29 p.m. Pilot Rock police received a report of a domestic disturbance on Southwest Sixth Street.

8:20 p.m. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a fight on Northwest Park Avenue and First Street, Boardman. Sheriff’s deputies took a report and made arrests.

10:34 p.m. A 911 caller reported that someone was threatening them with knives on Shoemake Road, Boardman.

6:22 a.m. A 911 caller reported a disturbance on Southwest Birch Place, Pilot Rock.

1:13 a.m. Umatilla police received a 911 report of the theft of a vehicle on High Desert Loop.

5:20 a.m. Local authorities responded to a report of a man screaming and throwing rocks at the windows at the River Lodge and Grill, Boardman.

9:27 a.m. A resident on the 100 block of De Haven Street, Milton-Freewater, reported graffiti on a fence.

1:27: p.m. Pendleton police received a report of a burglary on the 600 block of Nothwest Seventh Street.

7:26 p.m. A caller reported a fight on Northwest Seventh Street, Hermiston.

7:53 p.m. A woman on Pioneer Lane, Boardman, reported her partner was acting aggressively toward her.

9:18 p.m. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a burglary on Bingham Road, Adams. Sheriff’s deputies took a report.

11:21 p.m. A caller reported a domestic disturbance on Joy Lane, Hermiston.

Feb. 26

Hermiston police arrested Jesse Jay Focht, 30, for felon in possession of a weapon, menacing, violating parole and on a warrant.

Pendleton police arrested Richard Tyrone Ruiz, 35, for a restraining order violation.

Milton-Freewater police arrested Michael Buffalohorn, 18, for giving false information to police.

Feb. 27

Hermiston police arrested Mario Sanchez for third-degree assault.

Feb. 28

Oregon State police arrested Harvey De La Cruz, 30, for vehicle theft, possession of a stolen vehicle and felony fleeing.

Umatilla police arrested Miranda Alicia Longoria, 26, for possession of a stolen vehicle.

Umatilla Tribal Police arrested Nichelle Ann Begay, 27, for theft by receiving and theft of a vehicle.

Oregon State Police arrested Daniel Isaiah Carter, 23, for identity theft, resisting arrest, harassment and on a warrant.

Oregon State Police arrested Harvey Benjamine Delacruz, 30, for felony fleeing, vehicle theft and possession of a stolen vehicle.

Feb. 29

Boardman police arrested David Regina Avelino, 35, for driving under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol).

Pendleton police arrested Jessica Shalone Raaf, 30, for vehicle theft, menacing and on a warrant for failure to appear.

Umatilla Tribal Police arrested Andrew John Wynsen, 60, for fourth-degree assault and reckless endangering.

The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Victor S. Arteaga Castillo, 29, for first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree theft and for violating probation.

March 2

The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Abigail Dulce Delgadillo, 32, for assault of a public safety officer and resisting arrest.

Boardman police arrested Edgar Nery Rodriguez Tzoy, 34, for second-degree assault.

Pendleton police arrested Cherokee Charlene Cozine, 26, for second-degree criminal mischief (vandalism), resisting arrest and aggravated harassment.

March 3

Umatilla Tribal Police responded to Arrowhead Travel Plaza, Mission, and arrested Mason Zane Gomez, 24, and Manuel Romero, 25, for third-degree assault and second-degree disorderly conduct. Police also arrested Gomez for DUII (alcohol).
