Sentences

The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:

Jaron Ray Teeman, 22, of Pilot Rock, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to driving under the influence of intoxicants; sentenced to 15 days incarceration at the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton, one year suspension of his driver’s license, three years of probation and $1,000 fine.

Teeman also pleaded guilty in a 2024 case to furnishing alcohol to person under 21; sentenced to three years of probation and a $100 fine.

Ricardo Jose Suarez Jr., 45, of Clarkston, Washington, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to DUII; sentenced to two days days incarceration at the Umatilla County Jail, one year suspension of his driver’s license, two years of probation and a $1,500 fine.

Alejandro Daniel Ibarra Cisneros, 23, of Hermiston, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to DUII; sentenced to a diversion program and a $919 fine.

Adrianna Olivia Burmester, 20, of Hermiston, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to felony fleeing; sentenced to a year suspension of her driver’s license, 18 months of probation and a $200 fine.

Jimmy Keith Birdwell, 42, of Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilt in a 2023 case to fourth-degree assault; sentenced to three years of probation, a $200 fine and $904.22 for restitution.

Paul David Ruiz, 21, of Pendleton, pleaded guilt in a 2023 case to fourth-degree assault; sentenced to three years of probation and a $100 fine.

Jacob Richard Mack, 29, of Echo, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to felony fleeing; sentenced to six months incarceration at the Umatilla County Jail, one year of post-prison supervision and a $200 fine.

Damian Duke Luton Speedis, 19, of Pendleton, pleaded guilty in 2024 case to felon in possession of a firearm; sentenced to three years of probation and a $200 fine.

Ronald Lee Johnson, 65, of Hermiston, pleaded guilty to felony fleeing and giving false information to police in connection with a citation/warrant; sentenced to 30 days incarceration at the Umatilla County Jail.

Devin Lindsey Christensen, 33, of Umatilla, pleaded guilty in separate cases for 2024 to first-degree theft, second-degree robbery and second-degree theft; sentenced to 26 months in the custody of the Oregon Department of Corrections and $800 in fines.

Lladira Carillo Beas, 45, of Umatilla, pleaded guilty in a case from 2020 case to attempted unlawful delivery of drugs, sentenced to six months incarceration at the Umatilla County Jail.

Richard Anthony Smith, 25, an inmate at Eastern Oregon Correctional Institution, Pendleton, pleaded guilty in cases from 2021 to first-degree theft, first-degree aggravated theft and vehicle theft; sentenced to 34 months in the custody of the Oregon Department of Corrections with credit for time served, two years of post-prison supervision and a $1,200 fine.

Lawsuits

The following lawsuits have been filed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:

John Earl Egerer versus Victor Roberto Maldonado; seeks $382,000.

John Reginald Diaz Sr. versus Andrea Rodriguez, both of Pendleton; seeks $5,000.

Progressive Universal Insurance Co. versus Ignacio Guzman; seeks $3,668.67.
