Linda Palmer, 79, formerly of Pendleton, died Feb. 1, 2024, in Gainesville, Virginia. She was born June 28, 1944, in Pendleton. Funeral services will be Monday, Feb. 19, 2 p.m. at Smith Lund Mills Funeral Chapel & Crematorium, Cottage Grove. Interment will be Feb. 20, 12:30 p.m. at the Willamette National Cemetery, Portland. Arrangements are with Smith Lund Mills Funeral Chapel & Crematorium.
