Sentences

The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:

Francisco Rodriguez, 33, of Benton City, Washington, pleaded guilty in a 2022 case to possession of a federally controlled substance; sentenced to three years of probation and a $200 fine.

Chad Wesley Thomas, 41, of Pendleton, pleaded guilty in a 2022 case to strangulation constituting domestic violence; sentenced to three years of probation and a $200 fine.

Gina Marie Perez, 40, of Gig Harbor, Washington, pleaded guilty in a 2022 case to reckless driving and felony fleeing; sentenced to six months with the Oregon Department of Corrections, one year of post-prison supervision and a year suspension of driving privileges.

The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Morrow County Circuit Court:

Hector Ascension Santos, 19, of Boardman, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to driving under the influence of intoxicants; sentenced to two years of probation, suspension of his driver’s license for a year and $1,255 in fines.

Alberto Bacilio Ochoa, 41, of Cornelius, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving; sentenced to one year of probation, including a diversion program, and $590 in fines.

Brooklinn Paige Melson, 27, of Hermiston, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to second-degree burglary, first-degree criminal trespass and theft of services; sentenced to two years of probation and a $1,000 fine.

Cesar Fregoso, 31, of Boardman, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence; sentenced to two years of probation.

Jason Michael Garza, 33, of Irrigon, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to felon in possession of a firearm, possession of methamphetamine, felony fleeing and second-degree criminal mischief; sentenced to three years of probation.

Jose Guadalupe Villarreal, 22, of Irrigon, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to DUII; sentenced to two years of probation, a year suspension of driving privileges and a $250 fine.

The following lawsuits have been filed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:

Jose Luis Chavez Flores versus Jose Bernardo Castro Armenta, De Anda Trucking Inc., De Anda Trucking LLC and De Anda Transportation Inc.’ seeks $112,000.

The following lawsuits have been filed in Morrow County Circuit Court:

Community Counseling Solutions, of Heppner, versus Stacie J. Ekstrom and Wheatland Insurance Center Inc.; seeks $950,000.
