William Clark “Bill” Arkell, 95, a longtime Pendleton resident, died Nov. 10, 2023, in Walla Walla. He was born Aug. 17, 1928, in Pendleton. A graveside service with military honors will be Dec. 9, 11 a.m. at Olney Cemetery, Pendleton, followed by a celebration of life to be announced.
