Frank Shirley Prindle, 97, of Pendleton, died Nov. 6, 2023, in Pendleton. He was born Aug. 7, 1926, in Romoland, California. A time of fellowship is Saturday, Nov. 11, 3 p.m., followed by a combined memorial service at 4 p.m. for Frank and his wife, Clara, at Pendleton Baptist Church.
