Thomas “Tom” Leland Moore, 84, of Irrigon, died Oct. 15, 2023, in Hermiston. He was born Feb. 2, 1939, in Kansas City, Missouri. A memorial service will be Nov. 18, 3 p.m. at the Columbia View Community Church. Arrangements are with Burns Mortuary of Hermiston.
