Sentences
The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:
Tyli Steveann Bailey, 26, of Hermiston, pleaded guilty in cases from 2023 to endangering the welfare of a minor, conspiracy to commit a Class C felony and the manufature and delivery of a federally controlled substance; sentenced to three years probation.
Beau Allen Barker, 40, of Omak, Washington, pleaded guilty in a 2023 case to driving under the influence of intoxicants; sentenced to 30 days in the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton, unless eligible for Friendship Diversion Services and/or Community Corrections Electronic Surveillance Program in Okanogan County, Washington, suspension of driver’s license for a year, three years probation and a fine of $1,755.
Caleb Scott Bishop, 39, of Hermiston, pleaded guilty in cases from 2023 to resisting arrest and driving under the influence of intoxicants; sentenced to two years probation and $1,605 in fines.
Christopher Mario Lusardi, 42, pleaded guilty in a 2020 case to aggravated harassment, a Class C felony, while he was in state prison; sentenced to 19 months in the Oregon Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
Lawsuits
The following lawsuits have been filed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:
Tamera R. and Joseph Alan Pinkham, of Umatilla, versus Richard Carter, of Hermiston; seeks $1,599.81.
Tomis Lee Boman, at Two Rivers Correctional Institution, Umatilla, versus correctional staff; seeks $3,500.
