Former Hermiston pastor David Dwight Eshleman, 69, of Waldport, died Oct. 6, 2023. He was born Sept. 17, 1954, in Salem. A celebration of life will be Nov. 11, 2 p.m. at the Best Western Agate Beach Inn, Newport. Arrangements are with Bateman Funeral Home & Crematory, Newport.
