Barbara Jean “Barb” Huwe, 83, of Irrigon, died Oct. 12, 2023, at home. She was born Sept. 2, 1940, in Joplin, Missouri. A celebration of life service will be Nov. 3, 11 a.m. in the Irrigon High School gym, 315 E. Wyoming Ave. A potluck dinner will follow. Arrangements are with Burns Mortuary of Hermiston.
