David L. Mitchell, 79, of Heppner, died July 19, 2023, at his home. He was born Nov. 30, 1943, in Granada, Colorado. A celebration of life will be Saturday, Oct. 14, 2-4 p.m. at the Heppner Elks Lodge, 142 N. Main St. Arrangements are with Sweeney Mortuary of Heppner.
