Dr. Charles Lawrence “Larry” Lutcher, 88, a former Milton-Freewater resident, died Oct. 25, 2022, in Evans, Georgia. He was born Sept. 21, 1934, in Baker. A memorial service will be Oct. 14, 10 a.m. at St. James Episcopal Church, 719 Pierce St., Milton-Freewater. Inurnment with military honors follows at Mountain View Cemetery in Walla Walla; followed by a luncheon at the Walla Walla VFW Hall, 102 N.
