Leslie Everette Minthorn, 89, of Pilot Rock, died Sept. 21, 2023. He was born Oct. 1, 1933, in Pendleton. A dressing will take place Sept. 25, 2 p.m. at the Mission Long House. Washat service will begin Sept. 26 at 7 a.m. at the Long House, followed by a service at 9 a.m. at the Tutuilla Presbyterian Church, Pendleton.
