LuCynda “Cindy” Keltz, 70, of Stanfield, died Sept. 3, 2023, at her home. She was born on Oct. 21, 1952, in Ogden, Utah. A graveside service will be Saturday, Sept. 16, 11 a.m. at Pleasant View Cemetery, Stanfield. A celebration of life gathering follows at 1 p.m. at the Stanfield Moose Lodge.
