Randy K. Moulton, 69, of Hermiston, died Aug. 8, 2023, at his home in Hermiston. He was born March 8, 1954, in Eugene. A service will be Aug. 26, 2 p.m. at EOTEC, 705 E. Airport Road, Hermiston.
