Raymond H. “Ray” Reeder, 86, of Hermiston, a former longtime resident of Pendleton, died June 19, 2023, at his home in Hermiston. He was born July 25, 1936, in Pendleton. A funeral service will be June 23, 12:30 p.m. at the Pendleton First Assembly of God Church, 1911 S.E. Court St., Pendleton. Burial will follow at Olney Cemetery, Pendleton.
