Sentences

The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:

Martin E. Maher, 48, of College Place, pleaded guilty to a 2021 charge of unlawful heroin possession; sentenced to supervised probation for three years and $200 in fines.

Roy Lozano, 32, of Hermiston, pleaded guilty to a 2023 charge of possession of a stolen vehicle; sentenced to supervised probation for three years and $200 in fines. 

Lawsuits

The following lawsuits have been filed in Umatilla County Circuit Court (interest, court costs and fees not listed):

Alan M. Banks, of Hermiston, versus Joseph P. Fiumara Jr., of Pendleton, and Umatilla County, seeks $10,750.

Jason McWain, of Clackamas County, versus Gilberta Baker, of Umatilla County, seeks $986,114.

Sara Tolley, of Pendleton, versus city of Pendleton, seeks $3.5 million.
