Barbara JoAnne (Bishop) Henkle, 87, died May 27, 2023, at a local care facility. She was born Oct. 17, 1935, in Pasco, Washington. A celebration of life will be June 10,  1:15 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church, 201 S.W. Dorion Ave., Pendleton. Arrangements are with Pendleton Pioneer Chapel, Folsom-Bishop, Pendleton.
