Sentences

The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County Circuit Court:

Justin Edward Porter, 33, of Pendleton, pleaded guilty to a 2022 charge of second-degree burglary; sentenced to 18 months probation, $409.99 in fines and fees.

Jose Diaz Madrigal, 38, of Milton-Freewater, was convicted of charges from 2022 of fourth-degree assault and harassment; sentenced to three years of probation.

Jessica Renee Brown, 36, of Pendleton, pleased guilty to a 2022 charge of aggravated harassment; sentenced to three years probation.

Lawsuits
