Russell J. “Rusty” Estes, 63, of Heppner, died Dec. 9, 2021, at his home. He was born Aug. 12, 1958, in Enterprise, the son of Sarah Jane Sannar and James Franklin Estes. A celebration of life will be Saturday, Jan. 15, 11 a.m. at the Heppner Fire Hall. A dinner follows at the Heppner Elks Lodge. Arrangements are with Sweeney Mortuary of Heppner.
