PENDLETON — Another bank is closing its branch in Pendleton.
Umpqua Bank, 1701 S.W. Court Place, announced earlier this week it is permanently closing its site at 1701 S.W. Court Place effective 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 27.
A notice on the bank’s website states, “While this means the end of our in-person relationship at this location, we are eager to continue to serve you at nearby stores and support your banking needs through our online and mobile banking services.”
The bank advises anyone with a safe deposit box to go to the Pendleton bank and close it by Oct. 13. Otherwise, box contents will be moved to the Hermiston branch for pickup by Oct. 28.
