Sentences

The following criminal sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County Circuit courts:

Zachary Wayne Moss, 32, of Pilot Rock, pleaded guilty to a 2021 charge of attempted fourth-degree assault, a Class B misdemeanor; sentenced to 18 months of probation, 80 hours of community service work and $900 in fees and fines.
