6:31 p.m. — Umatilla police investigated a report of an armed subject at Nugent Park.

7:12 p.m. — Pendleton police were called to the Rainbow Cafe on Main Street after a woman reportedly attacked a customer.

9:19 p.m. — Child abuse/neglect was reported on Estate Loop in Irrigon.

11:45 p.m. — A report of shots fired on Southwest Second Street and West Highway 730 in Irrigon was investigated, but no shooter was found.

3:06 p.m. — A domestic disturbance was reported on Benjamin Lane in Hermiston.

3:36 p.m. — Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle was reported on Schiller Drive in Echo.

6:54 p.m. — Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle was reported at Taj Food Mart on Highway 11 in Milton-Freewater.

10:22 p.m. — A domestic disturbance was reported on East Punkin Center Road in Hermiston.

11:53 p.m. — Fraud/forgery was reported on North First Street.

MONDAY

1:37 a.m. — A prowler was reported on Willamette Avenue in Umatilla.

ARRESTS, CITATIONS

•The Umatilla Tribal Police arrested Amber Dawn Scott, 44, on two counts, including one count of dangerous drugs and one count of criminal activity in drugs.

•The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Katherine Ann House, 45, for unauthorized use of motor vehicle.

•The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Joel Michael Johnson, 26, on felony counts of fourth-degree (aggravated) assault and strangulation.

•The Umatilla Tribal Police arrested Aaron Dewayne Luther Gordon, 26, on a felony attempt to elude charge, misdemeanors of fourth-degree assault, giving false information to police and reckless driving, and on a fugitive warrant.

•Oregon State Police arrested Edwin Giovany Cisneros Alvarez, 24, on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving.
