In the Page A5 public safety report, published Tuesday, March 2, 2021, Oregon State Police referred information to the Umatilla County District Attorney’s Office to consider charging Avery Bell with driving under the influence of intoxicants. State police also referred information to the district attorney to consider charging Jaden Lee Bell, 20, with hindering prosecution.
