Hat Rock State Park offers history lesson

- A history kiosk detailing the route of the Lewis and Clark Expedition can be viewed at Hat Rock State Park east of Umatilla along the Columbia River. Pendleton resident Noemi Wiseman and her family enjoyed the Labor Day weekend with an outing to the park.
