PENDLETON — The Let ‘er Duck chapter of the University of Oregon Alumni Association has awarded a $1,000 scholarship to Hannah Rasmussen of Pendleton.

Scholarships are awarded to students from Umatilla, Morrow, Union and Wallowa counties and consider returning students, as well as incoming students, to the U of O.
