MILTON-FREEWATER — A 48-year-old Weston woman was hospitalized Wednesday after she collided with a large boulder while driving north on Highway 11, south of Milton-Freewater.

Heidi M. Scott was driving her silver Toyota Scion just before 4:39 a.m. when she hit the rock, which was in the road at milepost 22, according to the Oregon State Police.

She was taken to the hospital for minor injuries and the car was towed from the scene.
