•The Oregon State Police arrested John Derek Trickler, 29, on Interstate 82 in Umatilla on four charges, including one count of driving under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol) and two counts of recklessly endangering another person.
Saturday
•The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Miguel Montes Carrillo, 49, on one count of felony aggravated assault.
•The Hermiston Police Department arrested Leticia T. Madrigal, 24, on five charges, including one count for felony possession of a controlled substance.
Sunday
•The Oregon State Police arrested Jeffery James Barnes, 36, on Southwest Marshall Avenue in Pendleton on one count of DUII (alcohol).
•The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Bonney Kerry Bozarth, 63, on one count of DUII (alcohol).
•The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kaleb Ryan Sheets, 28, on four counts, including one count each of first-degree burglary, first-degree theft of a firearm and conspiracy, all of which are felonies.
•The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Rolando Mendoza Chalez, 29, on three charges, including one count of felony second-degree arson.
•The Umatilla Tribal Police Department arrested Austin Benjamin Tate, 19, on three charges, including one count of DUII (alcohol) and another count of criminal possession of drugs.
