Loren I. “Larry” Stoddard, 83, of Echo, died Friday, Sept. 6, 2019, at his home. He was born Jan. 4, 1936, in Everett, Washington. A graveside service with military honors will be held Monday, Sept. 30 at 10:30 a.m. at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery in San Diego, California.
