•Emelsie Rae Hernandez, 28, Stanfield, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $500 fine and $1,000 fine-suspended.

MISDEMEANOR

•Lita Floy Davis, 67, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Harassment: sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 1 year probation, $100 fine and $900 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Jonas Cody Waite, 19, Pilot Rock, pleaded guilty to to Recklessly Endangering Another Person: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation and $1,750 fine-suspended; pleaded guilty to Harassment: sentence discharged.

•Zachary Cole Martin, 34, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine and Giving False Information to Police on Citation/Warrant: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service and $100 fine for each count, plus court costs and fees.

•Wendy Kae Cox, 52, La Grande, pleaded guilty to Possession of Forged Instrument II: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation and 40 hours community service; pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 90 days jail, 90 days jail-suspended, 5 years probation, 240 hours community service and permanent revocation of driver’s license; pleaded guilty to two counts of Failure to Appear II: sentences discharged.

•Ricardo Javier Garcia Huerta, 31, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $200 fine, $800 fine-suspended and 6 months driver’s license suspension.
