FELONY

•Julia Rachell Kraus, 39, Portland, pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear I: sentence to discharge.

•Emelsie Rae Hernandez, 28, Stanfield, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $500 fine and $1,000 fine-suspended.

MISDEMEANOR

•James Michael Powney, 60, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 2 days jail, 178 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 100 hours community service, $1,755 fine and $1,500 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Jordan Nathaniel Leinbach, 25, Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty to Harassment: sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation and $1,750 fine-suspended.

•Lita Floy Davis, 67, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Harassment: sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 1 year probation, $100 fine and $900 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Jonas Cody Waite, 19, Pilot Rock, pleaded guilty to to Recklessly Endangering Another Person: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation and $1,750 fine-suspended; pleaded guilty to Harassment: sentence discharged.

•Zachary Cole Martin, 34, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine and Giving False Information to Police on Citation/Warrant: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service and $100 fine for each count, plus court costs and fees.

•Wendy Kae Cox, 52, La Grande, pleaded guilty to Possession of Forged Instrument II: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation and 40 hours community service; pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 90 days jail, 90 days jail-suspended, 5 years probation, 240 hours community service and permanent revocation of driver’s license; pleaded guilty to two counts of Failure to Appear II: sentences discharged.

•Ricardo Javier Garcia Huerta, 31, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $200 fine, $800 fine-suspended and 6 months driver’s license suspension.

•Christopher Scott Nelson, 41, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to two counts of Giving False Information to Police: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 80 hours community service and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to $1,000 fine and 120 days vehicle registration suspension; pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 90 days jail, 90 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 160 hours community service, $2,255 fine, $4,250 fine-suspended and lifetime suspension of driver’s license, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Refusal to Take Intoxicant Test: sentenced to $650 fine.

•J Amparo Coria Garcilazo, 58, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 7 days jail, 173 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $1,250 fine, $1,250 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Anna May Douglas, 28, Pendleton, pleaded no contest to Theft II: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, 40 hours community service and $426.36 restitution.

•James Kenneth Lewis, 40, Clinton, Mont., pleaded guilty to Disorderly Conduct II: sentenced to $440 fine.

•Vincent Monroe Strong, 34, Irrigon, pleaded guilty to Criminal Mischief II: sentenced to 3 days jail, 177 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 80 hours community service, $500 fine, $2,500 fine-suspended and $470 restitution, plus court costs and fees.
