•Christian Alexander Fonseca, 23, Pasco, Wash., pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $200 fine and $1,800 fine-suspended, plus attorney fees (conditional discharge); pleaded guilty to Unlawful Possession of Firearm: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $500 fine and $1,250 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear I: sentenced to $100 fine (sentence discharged).

MISDEMEANOR

•Kaylee Margaret Anderson, 29, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Theft II: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 80 hours community service, $250 fine, $1,750 fine-suspended and $749.83 restitution, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to two additional counts of Theft II: sentenced to 5 days jail and $100 fine for each count.

•Trevor John McCoin, 43, Terrebonne, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 2 days jail, 178 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $2,305 fine, $450 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension.

•Felicia Anne Eilerston Terry (Windham), 27, Pendleton, pleaded no contest to Criminal Mistreatment I: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $100 fine and $1,650 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Presiliano Ramos Ramirez, 18, Irrigon, pleaded guilty to Failure to Perform Duties of Driver-property damage: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 1 year probation, 10 hours community service, $100 fine, $1,900 fine-suspended and 90 days driver’s license suspension.

•Jordan Matthew McMann, 28, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Escape III: sentenced to 45 days jail and $100 fine.

•Cody James Gay, 21, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 30 days jail, 150 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $900 fine, $2,355 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear II: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended and 2 years probation.

•Cesar Enrique Argueta, 23, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Assault IV-domestic violence: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation and $1,750 fine-suspended.

•Cheryl Lynn Bailey, 52, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 2 days jail, 178 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service and 1 year driver’s license suspension (revocation of Diversion).
