4:50 a.m. – A truck hit a power pole next to Mac’s Bar & Grill, 1400 S.W. Dorion Ave., Pendleton, causing downed power lines.

7:33 a.m. – A resident of Liberty Lane and Bensel Road, Hermiston reported the theft of tools.

8:20 a.m. – Pendleton police were called to Washington Elementary School, 1205 S.E. Byers Ave., for a reported fight.

4:26 p.m. – A woman reported the theft of her driver’s license and EBT card from her stroller while at Riverfront Park, 302 S.W. 23rd St., Hermiston.

5:09 p.m. – Pendleton police received a report of possible child abuse/neglect.

5:27 p.m. – Theft was reported at Hat Rock Campground, 2280 Hat Rock Road, Hermiston. A Umatilla County sheriff’s deputy took a report.

8:06 p.m. – A vehicle was reported stolen from Southeast Ninth Drive, Pendleton.

12:14 p.m. – Stanfield police received two more odor complaints about 3D Idapro on Hoosier Lane.

12:37 p.m. – A burglary was reported at a rental property on Northeast Douglas Street, Pilot Rock.

3:40 p.m. – Theft was reported at Sand Station Recreation Area, Highway 730, Umatilla.

4:27 p.m. – A vehicle fire that was starting a grass fire at Fox Lane and highway 730, Umatilla, was put out by the Irrigon Fire Department.

4:45 p.m. – Umatilla police were called to Covina Court on a report of an assault.

7:53 p.m. – A Umatilla County sheriff’s deputy took a theft report from a resident of Northeast Riverside Avenue, Pendleton.

10:20 p.m. – Pendleton police broke up an underage party at a residence on Northwest Sixth Street.

12:34 a.m. – The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a scam report from a resident of Eastside Road, Milton-Freewater.

2:07 a.m. – Pendleton police were called to a reported fight at Hamley’s 8 S.E. Court Ave., but were unable to find any combatants.

5:02 a.m. – A resident of Cain Lane, Irrigon, called dispatch to report his neighbor’s travel trailer was on fire. Fire departments from Irrigon and Boardman, the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office and the Irrigon ambulance responded.

5:24 a.m. – A vehicle drove through a fence at Wilson Lane and Olson Road, Boardman, and the engine compartment caught fire. No one was in the vehicle when the Boardman Fire Department arrived to put out the flames.

8:35 a.m. – A vehicle break-in was reported by a resident of Cobb Road, Milton-Freewater.

11:45 a.m. – A resident of Northwest Stockton Street, Hermiston, reported her son and daughter-in-law were using drugs in a closet. She requested contact from a Hermiston police officer.

4:54 p.m. – Theft was reported by a resident of Sunquist Road, Milton-Freewater.

5:45 p.m. – The Ione Fire Department responded to a fire reported near Willow Creek east of B Street, Ione.

Friday

•The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Anthony John Moore, 32, address not provided, for driving under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol).

•Pendleton police arrested Michael Shane Marion, 42, address not provided, on felony charges of aggravated third-degree assault and first-degree criminal miscief (two counts), and misdemeanors of menacing, second-degree disorderly conduct (two counts), second-degree criminal mischief and harassment.

Saturday

•Umatilla Tribal Police arrested Patsy Totsmaywee Jones, 33, address not provided, for third-degree robbery, a felony, and misdemeanor charges of hit and run (injury), reckless driving, recklessly endangering another, second-degree theft and theft by receiving.

Sunday

•Oregon State Police was called after a woman attempted to buy a firearm at Smitty’s Ace Hardware in Hermiston and was denied because of an active arrest warrant. Troopers arrested Kathi Jo Hamner, 48, of Irrigon at her home for unsworn falsification and for the failure to appear bench warrant.

•Umatilla police arrested Dashawn Marquic Hudson, 34, address not provided, for possession of methamphetamine, a felony, and misdemeanor charges of driving while suspended and attempt to elude police.

•Christopher M. Allred, 33, address not provided, was arrested by Hermiston police for possession of heroin, second-degree theft (shoplifting) and a felony failure to appear warrant.

•Soren Matteus Wolf, 19, address not provided, was arrested by Pendleton police for first-degree burglary, first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.

•Boardman police arrested Sabino Lopez Chingo, 29, address not provided, for DUII and failure to display license.

•Oregon State Police arrested Troy Allen Armstrong, 54, Pendleton, for DUII. A breath test at the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton, gave a BAC reading of 0.19%, more than twice the legal limit.

•Troopers also arrested Michael L. Patterson, 55, of College Place, Wash., for DUII and violation of open container laws. His BAC was 0.13%. Patterson was transported to St. Anthony Hospital, Pendleton, for medical reasons where he was cited and released to a family member.
