•Richard Dean Holmes, 25, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Fleeing or Attempt to Elude Police: sentenced to 3 months jail, 1 year post-prison supervision, $200 fine and 90 days driver’s license suspension.

•Jesse Ray Focht, 25, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Unauthorized Use of Vehicle: sentenced to 18 months Oregon DOC, 1 year post-prison supervision, $200 fine and 1 year driver’s license suspension.

•Tyrone Jonathan Wilson, 26, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, $200 fine, $1,300 fine-suspended and 6 months driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to a second count of Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, $200 fine and $1,300 fine-suspended (conditional discharge).

•Blane Philip Taylor, 25, Pilot Rock, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $500 fine and $1,000 fine-suspended (conditional discharge).

•Jeramy Gordon Foley, 32, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Burglary I and Theft I: sentenced to 3 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $500 fine, $1,000 fine-suspended and $249 restitution; pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear I: sentenced to 2 years probation, 120 sanction units, 60 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $500 fine and $1,000 fine-suspended; pleaded guilty to one count of Criminal Trespass I, Theft III and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana Item, and two counts of Theft II: sentenced to $100 fine for each count (discharged).

MISDEMEANOR

•Hector Trujillo, 36, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Harassment: sentenced to90 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, $500 fine and $500 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Disorderly Conduct II: sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, $100 fine and $900 fine-suspended.

•Michael Reed Bommersbach, 61, Puyallup, Wash., pleaded guilty to Menacing: sentenced to 10 days jail, 170 days jail-suspended, 5 years probation, $100 fine, $400 compensatory fine, $900 fine-suspended and restitution to be determined, plus court costs and fees.

•Flint Alexander Bonifer, 28, Weston, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, $500 fine and $1,000 fine-suspended (conditional discharge).

•Jessica Maria Picard, 32, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Harassment: sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service and $100 fine, plus court costs and fees.

•Jacob Richard Hancock, 35, Prosser, Wash., pleaded guilty to Harassment: sentenced to $200 fine.
