Sentences

PENDLETON — The following sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County courts:

FELONY

•Jacob Stan Warren, 23, Eugene, pleaded guilty to two counts of Aggravated Harassment and two counts of Failure to Appear I: sentenced to 5 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, 100 hours community service and $200 fine for each count.

•Darlene Mae Mock, 59, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to three counts of Identity Theft: sentenced to 13 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections (DOC) and 1 year post-prison supervision for each count, and $191 restitution.

•Devin Kekoa Meyers, 28, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Burglary II: sentenced to 18 months Oregon DOC, 1 year probation and $650 restitution.

•Ezequiel Alatorre, 22, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to two counts of Possession of Forged Instrument I: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction unit, 30 maximum jail units, 100 hours community service, and $200 fine for each count.

•Tiffany Lily Robbins, 28, Pilot Rock, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, $600 fine, $900 fine and 6 months driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees (conditional discharge).

•Alejandro Adrian Ureno-Alvarez, 38, Weston, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 16 months Oregon DOC, 2 years post-prison supervision and $200 fine.

•Derek Ryan Miller, 36, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Coercion: sentenced to 24 months Oregon DOC and 2 years post-prison supervision; pleaded guilty to Attempt to Commit Class A Felony-domestic violence: sentenced to 5 years probation and 100 hours community service.

MISDEMEANOR

•Jack Leo Langer, 41, Walla Walla, pleaded guilty to two counts of Driving While Suspended/Revoked and Failure to Appear II: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service and $100 fine for each count, plus court costs and fees.

•Debra Jean Nguyen, 62, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Disorderly Conduct II; sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 1 year probation and $100 fine.

•Travis Tylor Hamman, 38, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Harassment: sentenced o 90 days jail-suspended, 4 years probation, 160 hours community service, $100 fine and $900 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Roberto Carlos Garcia, 30, Walla Walla, pleaded guilty to Harassment: sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, 20 hours community service, $100 fine and $650 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Salvador Campos, 28, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $100 fine and $900 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Delvis Rory Jim, 47, Toppenish, Wash., pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 7 days jail, 173 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $2,255 fine, $2,000 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Nicolas Joseph Gonzales, 26, Pilot Rock, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 60 days jail, 3 years probation, 160 hours community service, $1,255 fine, $2,000 fine-suspended and 3 years driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Michael Ragan Schichtel, 24, Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 1 year probation and enrollment in Diversion Program.

•Steven Scott Cretsinger, 33, Kalama, Wash., pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $500 fine and $1,250 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Mateo Ponciano Magallon, 46, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Harassment: sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 1 year probation and $100 fine, plus court costs and fees.

•Shane Alfred Simpson, 28, Stanfield, pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $500 fine and $500 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Sergio Luna, 44, Irrigon, pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, 20 hours community service, $1,500 fine and $500 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Kevin Lee Gregerson, 61, Hermiston, leaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 10 days jail, 170 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $1,255 fine, $2,000 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Reckless Driving: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $100 fine and 90 days driver’s license suspension.

•Alex Richer Jr., 33, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Assault IV: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, $1,000 fine, $1,000 fine-suspended and restitution to be determined, plus court costs and fees.

•Tucker Morgan Mayenschein, 24, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Failure to Perform Duties of Driver-property damage: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $750 fine, $1,000 fine-suspended and 90 days driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Richard Michael Payan, 52, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 1 year probation, 40 hours community service and $100 fine, plus court costs and fees.

•Josie Lee Johnson, 23, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Criminal Mischief II, Possession of Burglary Tool or Theft Device, Giving False Information to Police and two counts of Failure to Appear II: sentenced to 10 days jail for each count.

•Frances Alexandria James, 20, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Assault IV: sentenced to 30 days jail, $100 fine and restitution to be determined.
