•Jeanette Medellin, 50, Irrigon, was convicted of DUII: sentenced to 90 days jail, 90 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 120 sanction units, 60 maximum jail units, 200 hours community service, $255 fine, $2,000 fine-suspended and lifetime suspension of driver’s license, plus court costs and fees; was convicted of Reckless Driving and Recklessly Endangering Another Person: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $100 fine and 90 days driver’s license suspension.

•Raul Cisneros Hernandez, 27, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 6 months jail, 1 year post-prison supervision and 6 months driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to Assault IV-domestic violence: sentenced to 3 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, 160 hours community service and $3,242.58 restitution; pleaded guilty to Strangulation: sentenced to $200 fine; pleaded guilty to four counts of Identity Theft I: sentenced to 90 days jail, 1 year post-prison supervision and restitution to be determined (three counts sentenced to discharge); pleaded guilty to two counts of Failure to Appear I: sentences to discharge.

•Alfredo Garcia Preciado, 26, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 40 days jail, 140 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 320 hours community service, $1,755 fine, $4,750 fine-suspended and 3 years driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to two counts of Recklessly Endangering Another Person: sentenced to 90 days driver’s license suspension for each count.
