•Kyle Ray Slupsky, 26, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 15 days jail, $200 fine and 6 months driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 30 days jail, 150 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 80 hours community service, $1,255 fine, $2,000 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Joann McReynolds, 35, Walla Walla, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to conditional discharge.

•Linsey Chandelle Young, 35, Walla Walla, pleaded guilty to Possession of Oxycodone: sentenced to $100 fine (sentence to discharge).

•Armando Vargas, 41, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Manslaughter I: sentenced to 171 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections (DOC), 3 years post-prison supervision and $200 fine; pleaded guilty to Conspiracy to Commit Class A Felony: sentenced to 58 months DOC, 3 years post-prison supervision and $200 fine.

MISDEMEANOR

•Adrian Allen Coleman, 49, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Theft III: sentenced to 15 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, $100 fine and $900 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Lynette Marie Wittmeyer, 47, Pasco, Wash., pleaded no contest to Disorderly Conduct II: sentenced to 30 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, $100 fine and $900 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Abrahan Figueroa Ayala, 46, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 30 days jail, 150 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $2,255 fine, $4,250 fine-suspended and 3 years driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Pedro Antonio Covarrubias Espain, 23, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $1,000 fine and $5,250 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Recklessly Endangering Another: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $1,000 fine, $5,250 fine-suspended and 5 years driver’s license suspension.

•Jeanette Marie Taylor, 51, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Assault IV: sentenced to 175 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation and $100 fine.

•David Ray Arnold, 35, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 90 days DOC and 6 months driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to Escape III: sentenced to 90 days DOC.
