PENDLETON — The following sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County courts:

FELONY

•Andres Carrillo, 22, Umatilla, pleaded no contest to Escape II: sentenced to 3 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, 160 hours community service, $250 fine and $2,250 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Evelyn Juanita Pollard, 55, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Aggravated Harassment: sentenced to 13 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections and 2 years post-prison supervision; pleaded guilty to Resisting Arrest: sentence discharged.

•Devin Kekoa Meyers, 27, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units and 80 hours community service (conditional discharge).

•Suevina Jo Higheagle, 31, Tillamook, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 1 month Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 1 year post-prison supervision and 6 months driver’s license suspension.

•Mysti Jolene Lancaster, 40, Hermiston, was convicted of Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $200 fine and 6 months driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees; was convicted of Driving While Suspended: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation and $1,000 fine, plus court costs and fees.

•Jacob Kyle Smith, 23, Portland, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $200 fine and $1,300 fine-suspended (conditional discharge).

•Charles Brian Barker, 45, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 6 months jail, 1 year post-prison supervision, $200 fine and 6 months driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•JC Samuel Thompson, 32, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to 11 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 2 years post-prison supervision and $2,000 fine.

MISDEMEANOR

•Jesus Pantoja, 29, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Giving False Information to Police: sentenced to 7 days jail, $100 fine and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Patricia Logan Taylor, 26, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Theft II: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $750 fine and $1,000 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees and restitution to be determined.

•Colten Robert Schell, 25, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 30 days jail, $2,255 fine, $130.27 restitution and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Recklessly Endangering Another Person: sentenced to $100 fine.

•Mitchell Lee Carry Moccasin, 37, Walla Walla, Wash., pleaded guilty to DUII and Recklessly Endangering Another Person: sentenced to 6 days jail, 144 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $1,500 fine, $1,755 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Wesley Jay Purcell, 19, Pilot Rock, pleaded guilty to Contributing to the Sexual Delinquency of a Minor: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 100 hours community service, $200 fine and $2,300 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Andrew Scott Anderson, 49, Dowagiac, Mich., pleaded guilty to Assault IV: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation and $1,750 fine, plus court costs and fees.

•Dylan Michael Ostrom, 21, Stanfield, was convicted of Theft II, Criminal Trespass I and Harassment: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 5 years probation, 80 hours community service and $100 fine for each count, plus court costs and fees.

•Tyler Richard Fernalld, 37, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Strangulation-domestic violence: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation and $1,750 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Assault IV-domestic violence: sentence discharged.

•William Charles Spilker, 49, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Assault IV: sentenced to 30 days jail, 150 days jail-suspended, 4 years probation and $100 fine.

•Scott Craig Garton, 63, Pendleton, pleaded no contest to DUII: sentenced to 2 days jail, 178 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $1,505 fine, $1,250 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.
