12:28 a.m. – A caller on East Newport Avenue, Hermiston, reported a teen son was assaulting his father.
3:09 a.m. – Umatilla police responded to Columbia Crest Apartments on Third Street on a report of domestic violence.

5:15 a.m. – A caller on Southeast Utah Street, Irrigon, reported a pickup “flew through the area,” and this is an ongoing problem. Calls at 7:35 a.m., 7:38 a.m. and 3:15 p.m. also reported vehicles “flying” through the area.
8:18 a.m. – Someone dumped garbage on Southwest Overlook Street, Pendleton.
9:07 a.m. – Residents on the 1100 block of South Mill Street, Milton-Freewater, said someone in the night egged their house.
10:32 a.m. – A resident on Highway 332 outside Milton-Freewater reported catching an Appaloosa horse but said she can’t keep it and does not know who owns it.
11:04 a.m. – A caller told Hermiston police she ran off a homeless man who was trying to “make a home to the back of the building.”
11:08 a.m. – A Chihuahua on the loose at Eighth Street and Umatilla River Road, Umatilla, almost caused a car crash

12:37 p.m. – The Boardman Fire Department responded to a fire on Columbia Avenue Northwest after a caller reporting losing control of the burn.
12:48 p.m. – A 9-1-1 caller on West Page Avenue, Stanfield, reported domestic violence.
2:14 p.m. – Pendleton police received a report of vandalism at Blue Mountain Foot Specialists, 714 S.W. Dorion Ave.
3:40 p.m. – Stanfield police received a report of an assault at a residence on West Page Avenue.
4:11 p.m. – A concerned caller told Hermiston police someone left a Chihuahua inside a van outside a restaurant.
9:33 p.m. – A Pendleton resident on Northwest 21st Street told police the large possum in her back yard would not leave.
9:45 p.m. – This prowler didn’t get away. A wife on Southwest Seventh Street, Hermiston, reported her husband “detained” a person was breaking into a car.
9:54 p.m. – Pendleton police responded to a report of four or five people fighting on the Pendleton River Parkway at Southeast Eighth Street.
10:48 p.m. – A green Ford F150 single cab pick drove on Southeast Ninth Street and hit all the garbage cans.
11:21 p.m. – Boardman police responded to Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 78922 Olson Road, Boardman, after a caller reported a man and woman there were screaming and the man may have hit the woman.
The officer arrived and found no crime, but two people yelling because they could not get their vehicle running.
11:46 p.m. – The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a male throwing rocks at windows on South Main Street, Heppner.
•Stanfield police received a report at 8:45 a.m. of domestic violence on Heather Drive, Stanfield. Officers responded and arrested Caleb Scott Lathrom, 21, of Hermiston, for fourth-degree assault.
•Umatilla tribal police arrested Thomas Soaring Eagle, 35, of Pendleton, for public intoxication, dangerous drugs, and criminal activity in drugs.
