Heppner-based Bank of Eastern Oregon Bancorp is ranked 77 with 10.90 percent average return.

The other Oregon banks making the list were Summit Bank of Eugene and Oregon Bancorp of Salem. In addition, Baker Boyer Bancorp of Walla Walla made the list.
