FRIDAY
10:29 a.m. – A Milton-Freewater resident reported the theft of her vehicle from the 100 block of Northeast 13th Avenue.
12:35 p.m. – The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office took a report for a burglary and theft of a vehicle on Joy Lane, Hermiston.
2:26 p.m. – Staff at the Knights Inn, 425 N. First St., Hermiston, told police a man threatened them.
3:49 p.m. – Hermiston officers responded to the 600 block of West Hermiston Avenue on a report of a male hitting a female.
5:02 – The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office took a report of a theft of a vehicle from Gerking Flat Road, Athena.
SATURDAY
1:24 a.m. – And another report of an vehicle theft came in from someone on Westland Road, Hermiston.
3:23 a.m. – Loud music at a party on Northeast Riverside Avenue, Pendleton, prompted callers to complain to law enforcement.
6:41 a.m. – A Milton-Freewater woman on the 300 block of Northeast Eighth Avenue told police someone broke into three of her vehicles and stole items.
8:34 a.m. – A renter on Raspberry Loop, Milton-Freewater, told the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office her landlord’s son assaulted her and a Milton-Freewater officer did not do anything about it.
5:26 p.m. – The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a red Ford Explorer that crashed down a ravine at Lincton Mountain Road and Highway 204 near Weston.
8:39 p.m. – A caller on Umapine Road, Milton-Freewater, reported a man who is legally blind and does not have a driver’s license was driving around, honking the horn and damaged his yard.
SUNDAY
12:08 a.m. – A customer at a Hermiston bar threatened the bouncer.
6:47 a.m. – Hermiston police received a report of possible child endangerment.
2:30 p.m. – A caller reported a possible drunk bicyclist at Southeast 10th and East Main streets, Hermiston. Police did not find the suspect.
ARRESTS, CITATIONS
•Hermiston police arrested Max Starr Bear, 37, of 116 S.E. 18th St., Pendleton, for possession of methamphetamine, identity theft, fraud by credit card, and two counts second-degree theft.
•Pendleton police arrested Bernabe Guardado Escalante, 30, of 424 W. Madrona Ave., Hermiston, for felony probation violation and possession of methamphetamine.
Saturday
•Pendleton police arrested Kevin Shawn Chamberlain, 26, of Pendleton, on a warrant for felony failure to appear, violating parole, unauthorized use of vehicle and possession of methamphetamine.
•Oregon State Police arrested Stefan Tyler Mahan, 25, of Oak Grove, Oregon, for driving under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol).
•Milton-Freewater police arrested Jeffrey Ronald Garrison, 55, of 681 S. Columbia St., Milton-Freewater, for DUII.
Sunday
•Hermiston police arrested Spencer Carl Seitoku Hull, 33, of Hermiston, for unauthorized use of vehicle, second-degree theft and possession of methamphetamine.
•Umatilla police arrested Raul Frias Sandoval, 25, of Umatilla, for the domestic violence charge of fourth-degree assault and for interfering with making a report.
•Hermiston police arrested Richard Dean Holmes, 24, of 119 S.W. Emigrant Ave., Apt. 1, Pendleton, for possession of methamphetamine and on warrants for failure to appear and violating parole.
•Hermiston police arrested Todd Kevin McCoy, 55, no address provided, for violating probation and possession of a Schedule II substance.
•Pendleton police arrested Donna Michele Freeman, 31, of Pendleton, for interfering with a peace officer, assaulting a public safety officer and resiting arrest.
