HEPPNER — The public is invited to meet Edie Ball, the new city manager in Heppner.

An open house is set for Monday from 5-7 p.m. at Heppner City Hall, 111 N. Main St. People are invited to stop by and welcome Ball and enjoy refreshments. Also, the city council meets afterwards.
