Edward W. “Ed” Shinner Sr., 75, of Walla Walla died Sunday, July 3, 2016, in Richland, Wash. He was born Dec. 12, 1940, in Snoqualmie, Wash. Funeral services will be held Friday, July 15 at 2 p.m. at the Milton Seventh-day Adventist Church in Milton-Freewater. Concluding services and interment will follow in the Milton-Freewater Cemetery. Munselle-Rhodes Funeral Home in Milton-Freewater is in charge of arrangements.
