DHS to host town hall in Pendleton

PENDLETON — The Oregon Department of Human Services will host a town hall meeting Tuesday, June 27 in Pendleton to discuss programs, services and priorities for the agency heading into the 2017 legislative session.
Residents are invited to weigh in on programs such as child welfare, disability services, vocational rehabilitation and self-sufficiency services. The meeting will run from 1-3 p.m. at the Vert Auditorium, 480 S.W. Dorion Ave.
Those planning to attend the town hall should contact the DHS Director’s Office at dhs.directorsoffice@state.or.us, with the subject line “Pendleton.” The meeting is open to anyone who wants to participate.
