Steven and Linda Meier

Steven and Linda Meier will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary Dec.14, 2015. The Meiers were married Dec. 14, 1975, in Weston, Oregon, at the Church of the Brethren. They have lived in their Milton-Freewater home since 1976.

The Meiers met while working at Lamb Weston/ConAgra Foods in Weston, Oregon. Steven and Linda are both retired and enjoy gardening and volunteer work. Steven was in the Air Force from 1968-1972 and enjoys sports, while Linda is enjoying her garden club in Milton-Freewater.

A trip is being planned for the spring in celebration of their many years together. They have one daughter, Valerie Scott of Milton Freewater, and three granddaughters: Kasey Keithley and husband Sloan Keithley of Umatilla, Kelsi Cleveland of Spokane, Washington, and Kaylee Scott of Milton-Freewater.
