PENDLETON — Free summer meals are being provided to all children and youths through the Pendleton School District.

The Summer Food Program runs from Monday, June 22 through Thursday, Aug. 20, although some sites end sooner. The days, times and places are:

•June 22-Aug. 20, Monday through Fridays, breakfast from 8-9 a.m. and lunch form 11 a.m. to noon at Lincoln Elementary, 107 N.W. 10th St.

•June 22-Aug. 13, Monday and Wednesdays, lunch from 11:30-11:45 a.m. at Community Park, 1000 S.W. 37th St.

•June 22-Aug. 13 Monday and Wednesdays, lunch from 12:15-12:30 p.m. at Pioneer Park, 400 N.W. Despain Ave.

•June 22-Aug. 6, Monday through Fridays, lunch from noon to 12:30 p.m. at Nixyaawii, 73300 July Grounds Lane.

The meals are open to everyone 18 and younger. There’s no charge or registration — those who would like to eat may just show up.
