•Michael Scott Fielden, 30, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Assault of Public Safety Officer; sentenced to 5 days jail, 3 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, $1,190 fine and $1,250 fine-suspended, $123.72 restitution, $60 unitary assessment and $375 attorney fees-waived.
