Former area resident Patricia L. Springer, 81, of Moro, Oregon, died Wednesday, June 4, 2014, at her home. She was born March 17, 1933, in Eagle Pass, Texas. A family memorial is planned for a later date. Spencer, Libby and Powell Funeral Home, The Dalles, is in care of arrangements.
