I live in a neighborhood in Pilot Rock. My neighborhood has cats, dogs and people coming and going.

On April 16, someone shot my cat Runner (yes, he had a name). I hope whoever did this will think the next time a dog, cat or person is around them. I thought he had been hit by a car until I took him to the vet. Thats when she told me he had been shot. This happened between 7:30 and 8 a.m.

My cat was neutered, fed and cared for. He was a friend and a pet. Remember, you took his life from me that day. He was 11 months and 10 days old. We had him since the day he was born.

I have three more cats. They are spayed or neutered. Please dont shoot them.
