Its time to get moving.

Oregon residents can register to participate in Oregon Moves, a four-week fitness challenge that rewards your daily fitness routines with donations to local charities. The fitness challenge runs through EveryMove, an app that tracks and rewards your physical activity. The program kicks of Monday and goes through Sunday, Nov. 17.

LifeWise Health Plan of Oregon will donate $1 to your choice of charities, including the American Heart Association, American Lung Association, United Way of the Columbia-Willamette, United Way of Deschutes County or Brian Grant Foundation.

To register or for more information, go to www.everymove.org/ORmoves.
