Chang arraigned on charges of murder, attempted murder

Lukah Pobzeb Chang, 23, was charged with murder, attempted murder and first-degree assault Thursday in connection with two violent crimes in Pendleton.
Court records show Primus will charge Chang, known to police previously as Danny Wu, with murder for the 2012 slaying of 19-year-old AmyJane Brandhagen of Pendleton and with attempted murder and first-degree assault for the Aug. 9 attack on Karen Lange, 53, of Pendleton.
